Left clicking on an icon spawns another instance of the same app, sometimes #96

Sometimes left clicking on an icon opens another instance of the same program instead of restoring the window. I noticed it happen with Electron apps so far, although very inconsistently, so it's kind of hard to reproduce at will.

Honestly, I would like a way to make left click pop up a context menu like right click currently does.
