Squeezebox Boom Display Cut Off #8

I have a squeezebox boom and I am wondering if the plugin (which I like)
can be modified to fit to the boom display.

This is absolutely and has in fact already be done by other people. It's not 
going to be part of the main release, 
though. BTW, this issue is a duplicate of issue #6 and #7.
