Merging the IAP implementation and the base code for A2DP interaction. Todos :

[ ] Check sound quality
[ ] Figure out the metadata transfers for artist names etc etc
[ ] Figure out handshake detection and self-reset after timeout
[ ] Update the A2DP library used and integrate AudioTools
