French translation #60

Hi, the french translation is very bad.

I already change it with this tool: messages.fr.txt (It's a .txt file because Github don't accept .xlf)

I see that there are several modifications to be made to switch from fr-google to fr in the code. I could do it but not right now.

In fact i don't post the issue in the good project, now it's in https://github.com/martinroob/ngx-i18nsupport/issues
