[BUG]: Icon theme switches hover theme from white in dark to black on dark spontaneously #926

Brief description of the issue

Start with below settings

This is expected image

After a while it flips and looks like this, so it looks like that mouse-over/hover part is now flipped to Breeze instead of Breeze Dark. image

How to reproduce the bug?

Haven't found clear repro yet, just have to use it for a couple of hours, fetch, read, mark read, next item are the only features used (and article filters have been loaded).

What was the expected result?

Should stay on it's own theme, now it becomes unreadable.

Don't think so, guess it's ok to close the ticket should I run in to it again I'll reopen or raise a new one.

Well, there were some related changes, so perhaps it could be fixed too.
