[FR]: A user-friendly filter system #930

Brief description of the feature request

Currently a common user like myself can't use the filter system because you need to know Javascript for it. I'd really appreciate if you could implement an easy-to-use, user-friendly filter system such as the one found in QuiteRSS.

A compromise solution would be a gitlab html page where that "user-friendly" well-know interface is present and it generates the javascript code for RSSGuard

i plan to add "filter generator" where you click your simple logic and it will generate javascript
