Maybe it's just a misunderstanding, the way SilentNotes orders its notes has changed. Instead of drag&drop, one has now to tap on the move icon, this opens a new toolbar which allows to move the note up and down and additionally one can move it to the begin or to the end of the list. The drag&drop library never worked reliable on mobile devices, sometimes it hanged, so I decided to find an alternative way.
1st, I have enjoyed Silent Note very much! Have, Google Pixel 8, Android version. 14, with Play Store version 43.0.18-31 [0] [PR] 679685942, Silent Note version 8.1.0, Problem: Silent Note will not allow moving of notes to different positions, up or down. Have done the obvious, Made sure phone has current updatable version. Made sure Silent Note is updated. checked and cleared cache. Checked responses of screen, which seems fine. Don't want to uninstall for fear of loosing everything. While, I can work with Note as is, it would be great if I could move them to a higher priority position. Sometimes, I don't remember a particular name of a note, so it makes it not as simple to search. Thank you for any feedback. Virgil
