Rename mi-sha256 to mi-sha-256 #17

I suggest

The mi-sha256 digest-algorithm to be based on algorithm names https://www.iana.org/assignments/hash-function-text-names/hash-function-text-names.xhtml

This allows

To define a mi- prefix to "MICE" all the other algorithms :)
