Work out how to capture scrolling when showing issues #215

When you open an issue in the viewer, the browser keeps sending keyboard scrolling input to the main body of the page. That's annoying, because mouse wheel scrolling is fine.

I spent a while on this but couldn't work it out. Maybe someone at Mozilla can help.

OK, that was easier than anticipated. Problem solved.
