When a section is annotated with "removeInRfc", xml2rfc adds a class. The default styling, which is inherited from xml2rfc is over the top.
Also consider removing the first paragraph or the ::before pseudo-class as the information is duplicated.

Removing the ::before pseudo-class and the colouring seems to have make this less offensive.
