Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. The user manual will be difficult to edit for people who do not have LibreOffice Writer.

Describe the solution you'd like Move the manual to an easily accessible platform like "readthedocs".

Describe alternatives you've considered Use a plain HTML file, instead of exporting from LibreOffice.
