Add option to draw border around photos in diagram #73

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. The thumbnail photo for persons may look better with a thin black border.

Describe the solution you'd like The following:

  1. Go to preferences window.
  2. Enable "draw border around thumbnails".

This draws a border around photos.
