Store entered places in combo-box to re-use

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. The place must be typed in each time in the details windows.

Describe the solution you'd like The following:

1. Go to person details window.
2. Enter a place (e.g. place of birth).
3. The next time you open the details window, the place can be chosen again from a combo-box.

There must also be a “Manage Places” screen, to edit or remove existing places from the list.
