Change cursor in “Add Person” mode and “Add Relationship” mode #79

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. The cursor does not indicate that you are about to add a person or relationship.

Describe the solution you'd like After you click "Add Person", the cursor changes so that it is clear you are adding a person.

Same for "Add Parent/Child Relationship".
