add friendlies and world cup qualifiers from June 2024. #30

European friendlies (warm-ups for Euro 2024), and World Cup qualifiers in Africa, Asia and North America. Note that I have put "neutral=FALSE" for World Cup qualifiers, even if the match is held in a third country - not sure whether that's the accepted approach.

I usually wait until the end of the international break to update. In this case, it would have been after all the World Cup qualifiers had finished. If you want to update in the future, yes, any game should have TRUE for neutral if it's in a third country. Also, I would prefer to use the local dates for the results - you have everything in the Western Hemisphere shifted by one. And, there were a few mistakes in this one too - Ireland instead of Republic of Ireland, China instead of China PR, "Uruguray", and a couple of empty spaces before country names. So be wary of that too.
