gitlab polyfill updates #10

hi @martok - gh-wc-poly was recently updated ( https://github.com/JustOff/github-wc-polyfill/releases/tag/1.2.18 ) to address changes in gitlab. do you intend to backport those ? i currently run your addon exclusively.

Hi - last I have checked, you do not pay me enough to be in any sort of position to demand (within 29 Minutes of github-wc-polyfill's release!) that I drop everything and update this project. As it happens, I was in fact already checking what was changed and why, as I have for every release of github-wc-polyfill. I had also, at that point, already found out that the fix applied over there is not complete and needs one more thing.

All this got you is a later release. Well done. This is why we can't have nice things.

Also, apparently I'm crap at grudges. 1.7 released just now.
