Makes the install.rdf regex less strict to match our version string pattern 52.9.yyyymmdd vs 52.9.yyyy.mm.dd

As an aside I just want to say thanks for maintaining this useful addon! Certainly a big help considering how difficult it is to implement WebComponents. (:

Thank you, merged! I'm going to assume that this doesn't lead to obvious future problems where now all 52.9 versions apply?

Not that I am aware of. Basilisk is discontinued and in the event UXP implements these WebComponents either this addon can be updated or any of the UXP applications have the ability to perform an internal blacklist of incompatible extensions in the event that is needed.
