Hi there, I was looking for ways to remote control beoplay devices and came across your project. Thanks for reverse engineering the API :-)

This PR holds some minor adjustments that appears to be required by the latest version of the Home Assistant project. I also added notes on how to start from scratch, which might be useful for someone else with no prior knowledge about the Home Assistant project.
