Create screenshots and detailed notes for below points

New features added

New command: 'AL Page Designer' - opens Page Designer directly for active text editor (currently edited AL file)
Page Designer: moving fields by drag&drop, basic support on card/list
Page Designer: clicking on a field/group/part opens related source file and navigates to the selected field in source code ;)

Bugfix:

Object Overview stuck at loading phase on first open
