View object leaves temporary file open in new tab #86

First and foremost, thank you for an amazing extension!

I disabled the setting "Al Object Designer: Use Internal Navigation" and now when I select View in the AL Object Designer, it leaves an AL file open called "Opening [RandomNumber].al (deleted)". This file is created in the .alcache folder.

I understand that this file is temporarily created as part of the .dal file being viewed but not sure why it remains as an open tab after disabling the configuration above. Please let me know if this is intentional or if I am missing some kind of configuration.

Regarding this issue - I am experiencing the same thing. I have found out that the extension setting "Use Internal Navigation" effects this. If i turn i off I get the described behavior. If I turn it on the "Opening [RandomNumber].al (deleted)" file is not displayed as a tab.
