City search in Korean #614

When searching for a city in Korean, it says, "No designated city can be found."

Did you type a city name, or use the GPS to find your location?

I presume you mean you typed it in the Korean script? I don't know which languages OWM supports for city lookup, do you want to do some research on their site? https://openweathermap.org

It appears to support all languages, which city are you searching for?

For context, I recently learned (via a mail exchange with staff) that OWM uses GeoNames (map) for locations.

So, it would be sensible to ensure that the desired Korean locations are included in the GeoNames data, first.
