Encourage translation of store pages #671

Added information about translating the store pages to CONTRIBUTING.md.

What do you think? Please give feedback and suggestions.

It would also be nice if we could notify translators somehow.

Also fixed a minor typo

Hi @isti03 (also @PragmaTwice and @AdamNiederer), I was the maintainer of this until recently, I gave up in March. I don't think there is an active maintainer anymore, so nobody to merge your PRs, although @martykan may have plans.
