Enable Gadgetbridge support. #680

To resolve #549

This makes it so that Forecastie sends its weather data to Gadgetbridge upon any data updates from OpenWeather. This feature has to be enabled via settings to function.

Due to how Gadgetbridge processes some of the weather data, some of the accuracy of Forecastie is lost when transferred. Most further improvements to accuracy or data sent would have to come from the Gadgetbridge side first.

I hope this gets implemented. As I just made feature requests for this exact feature. I'll look into building Forecastie from source. I would love to have this functionality with my Pinetime.

There is not currently a maintainer for Forecastie, this will not be merged until that changes. Perhaps @martykan is interested in hearing from potential maintainers?

Just to update. This fork does indeed work for the pinetime now that it supports weather. I have had no crashing and the app has been stable. 👍 Thank you for the fork @KamaleiZestri
