I have a lot of bookmarks: vlogs I follow, interesting documentaries to see, some tutorials, etc. It could be nice if we could organise them and I think that creating folders would be a good idea.

Note: An RSS app called SpaRSS have a nice design for it, and I thought it might be useful for you to know in case you like it.

Tags are the new folders. Most important would be that i can rely on those bookmarks, i.e. that they can be exported in a popular, free format, XML, HTML or OPML.
