add a way to search within search results

this should be as simple as appending to the previous search string.

yeah, I'm doing that today with tag clicks but was thinking about some ux options here - mostly once text search is in place

there could be a "refine search" box with search results where stuff added there is appended to the query that produced the results it is near?

write the tag clicked in the tag cloud to the search bar, including refinement tags from the search results. whenever search executes, make sure search box is populated with the query
