No comments, no man page #10

Hi, I'm trying to setup i3 tiling with deepin. However, there is no man page for the dde-desktop, and you have 99% of your code is lacking comments.

Could you guys please help me by fix this, eventually just show me how to use i3 for tiling in deepin? 0.o
