Pretty straight forward:

Deepin Env on Fedora 30 and 31 breaks the application dock and introduces multiple freezes and app crashes (apps from the package) after the first update on a cleanly installed Fedora 31 and 30

It doesn't matter! Too many bugs to worth the time to describe! My breaking point was after the Deepin Terminal lowers the laptop's sound on right-click under Cinnamon Environment! LIKE WTF?!?!?!??!

A beautiful environment is an understatement, but that is all! Just a pretty picture.
