dconf keybinding overrides not respected on F31 #67

On Fedora 31, there's no effect in changing the default values of the wrapped gnome wm keybindings (dconf: /com/deepin/wrap/gnome/desktop/wm/keybindings/). On Fedora 30, it was possible to override the defaults.
