Create fr_fr.lang #42

Hi, would you mind doing the PR against the liteloader_1.12.2 branch? That's where main development currently happens. It does have, uhh, a bit more to translate as well though :P

I should have removed the master branch completely and set liteloader_1.12.2 as the default branch on Github, sorry about that...

Oof, yeah, that's a lot of lines, well, I don't have the time to do it now, but I'll try to look at it another time :D

It will still probably take at least 2-3 months before I have the time to finish everything for the next releases of all the mods in any case.
