Fixes lag on Microsoft migrated accounts when turning on / off features. An unneeded authlib request is skipped.

As mentioned on Discord, I already fixed this locally for 1.18.1, and 1.17 is not planned to get more updates before the merge from 1.12.2 maybe happens some day. Although if this has become more of an issue lately and people still play in 1.17.... hmm.
