[Fabric 1.19 port 3] Dropdowns are rendered in wrong order (or miss back filling) #96

Even with weird rendering, input for the field is being processed correctly, I can select elements from the dropdown just fine.

Version: Fabric 1.19.2 0.54.0.2 (from maven)
