Given the recent moves CurseForge has made making it more difficult to download mods from the platform using 3rd-party launchers and mod managers, I am requesting that this mod be distributed on Modrinth in addition to CurseForge to make it more accessible to users.

Would love to see this mod published on Modrinth as well! Thank you for developing such an amazing and powerful mod!

Are there any updates to this? I’m not meaning to sound impatient but it’s been almost a year since this issue was originally created.

It's kinda in-progress, see here: https://github.com/maruohon/litematica/issues/524#issuecomment-1548988849

It's not exactly exciting work to find and sort all the old mod files and upload them in the correct order with some kind of meaningful change log (which I want all the releases to have). Which is to say that I've been kinda slow working on this...

understandable, I didn’t know you made so many mods. thanks for the reply

Due to the issues regarding Viruses and Malware on Curseforge I cannot wait for it to be on Modrinth.

Just to avoid and miss-information, The recent Fractureiser stuff that hit CurseForget was related to compromised accounts which honestly is going to be a difficulty on any platform. Additionally, it sounds like both CF and Modrinth and the rest of the mod community are working on mitigations. Lots of information in these meeting notes: https://github.com/fractureiser-investigation/fractureiser/blob/main/docs/2023-06-08-meeting.md

That said, I still very much like Modrinth's more open ethos and support this issue :-D
