[Bug] [1.7.10] Spamming the start/stop recording key makes tons of empty folders #9

Everytime you start/stop recording it creates a new folder even if no screenshots were taken. Is kind of a stupid edge case ngl but thought I'd report it anyway.

Tested on 1.7.10 using version 3.1.2. Have not tried on newer versions.
