Intermittent client crash with Harvest Festival #3

So have you been able to reproduce this crash somewhat reliably? I know there are these type of crash issues currently, but I haven't been able to reproduce them in my dev environment, so working on a fix would be more or less impossible if I can't reliably track down the cause...

So I'd like to know which blocks you have seen this crash with, and take a screenshot of the exact place in world where it happens, if possible. What matter are the blocks around the targeted position and also the one held in hand. Based on the crash report the crash happened with a harvest festival crop block, but was that what was being placed, or just some of those crops were nearby?

Top crash is a player flying on our dedicated server, going down to reach a slime to kill it with HarvestCraft entity sword (a creative item to instant kill entities).

Following crash is same player trying to place JurassicCraft jeep (an item spawning an entity):
