SCENARIO: When enhancing the social features of our communication platform, GIVEN that users currently operate in silos, WHEN I introduce a ‘friends’ feature that allows users to connect and network easily, AND ensure the process is intuitive and seamlessly integrated into the platform, THEN users will be able to build a professional network within the organization WITHIN days of the feature release, AND this will lead to increased engagement and collaboration WITHIN the first week of implementation
