Incoming call Delay Ring not working #224

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Enable Delay Ring 
2. Place incoming call

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Phone should start vibrating immediately and ringing after delay period. But it 
does not vibrate at all and it does not ring even after delay has passed.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.2.4 beta3, iOS 5.1.1
