建议增加可以手动查询归属地的功能 #268

既然已经有了归属地数据库，但是现在要打电话或接电话才��
�道归属地信息，有时候想不打电话就查询一个电话的归属地�
��不知Kuaidial能否增加此功能。
比如在“设置”页面中增加一个输入框，直接输入电话号码��
�询，谢谢！
