Typo in section "Is Subversion The Right Tool?" #197

section "Is Subversion The Right Tool?", text reads "Much as changed since that 
time", should be "Much has changed since that time" (note missing 'h')

Fixed in r4495.  (I'd fixed this on trunk already per issue 192.)
