A GH action to

[x] Produce the RDF based on nightly XML export of AOP-Wiki
[x] Log into the server
[x] Load the data

Additionally, add automatic push to Zenodo of the new RDF

Action functional () 2+3. Server has CRON job (daily) to download the RDF from this repository and load the data in the SPARQL endpoint.
