#18 : restore also down course time and up course time in restoreState #19

Hi. I implemented what I think is correct concerning the issue #18 I raised some time ago. I tested it OK on my own nodemcu. I hope the git fork/branches/merge thing is OK this is my first time ! Thank you for your feedback on this. Regards.
