fix: tweak battery min/max again #22

thought about that again. Specs state that <= 2,8V should be considered as "low battery", I think it makes sense to respect that. So now I raised the max slightly and set the min so that we get 20% at 2,8V. Perhaps has to be changed again if we see a lot of devices operating at 0% for a longer time...
