Following is a list of (color) issues with the current themes:

[ ] spinner color is different in some pages
[ ] verse options dropdown should match the theme when toggled from the end icon
[ ] tooltip/popover should match the theme
[x] bottom toolbar's disabled buttons should have much lower opacity
