Fix Bismillah on different Quran Fonts #54

On -- Uthmanic digital. and Uthmanic Mushaf when colored fonts are Off. Show v4 Bismillah in black

.. On Uthmanic Mushaf when colored fonts turned on, should show colored Bismillah

On Indopak Hanafi and Madinah it should show Indopak version of Bismillah (available inside Indopak font). > Unicode: ﷽

-- Nastaleeq version should show Uthmanic bismillah for now, Until I find its Unicode.

Bismillah for surah baqarah needs to be increased. (Mushaf Fonts)

Bismillah font for Uthmanic digital needs to be Bismillah-Black (non color) font, (available inside extras folder).

I feel Bismillah on indopak text is very small on mobiles (make it about 70% or so vw.)
