'No secure cookie found' error #196

The following browser issue prevents login to app.marxanweb.org on 23/03/2020 - this affected me as I updated to a new version of Chrome and Jennifer:

There is a monkey patch for Python 3.7.4 or its built into Python 3.8. Tornado issue: https://github.com/tornadoweb/tornado/issues/2573

Now, when you access a site through http (e.g. on localhost), the cookie is not set preventing login:
