PNG case study costs rendering not working #247

While running the project I clicked on the planning units Tab and got the following error: MapError: layers.marxan_pu_costs_layer.paint.fill-color[8]: Expected at least one branch label.

This also occurs with the Tasmania project imported from Christoph Nolte.

This is because in the cost layer if there are no planning units within the cost histogram bin, then that particular branch will have no puids.
