When you run the Windows version, it returns 404 errors for all of the files that are in subfolders in the build folder, e.g. /static/css/2.7a980853.chunk.css. Not sure if this is a client build issue or a server issue.
Reinstalling v0.9.34 finds the files fine - you have to replace the MARXAN_REGISTRY path in marxan-server to be https://raw.githubusercontent.com/marxanweb/general/09d70f6b13fa0f97021707cd4613ed8b1579203a/registry/marxan.js.
This commit breaks things.
