updateSpecfile error #290

This occurred for the following projects: KatBathgate2 Micronesia project input.dat file not found jillashley2. Micronsesiaprojectt. input.dat file not found imogensevers2 MicronesiaCaseStudy2 input.dat file not found bs19jm2@leeds.ac.uk JodocusMordauntProject input.dat file not found louisgruber2 Micronesia Project Louis input.dat file not found (space at the end of the project name!) - this project also failed on updateProjectParameters, updatePUFile, updateCosts and renameProject with the same errors

KatBathgate2 project - couldnt reproduce

This error always happens immediately after a renameProject? call but I cant reproduce
