Problems importing a legacy project #293

A few issues when importing a legacy project into Marxan Web

  1. Getting the files into the input files into the platform (solved by recreating input tables and removing decimal places in cost values)
  2. Planning units not displaying (solved by switching browser/to incognito mode)
  3. The specified planning units not being locked in or out (solved by clicking some planning units on and off to "trigger" it)
  4. The results in marxan web looked very different to the original results generated outside of the platform - this was not resolved, possibly the the blm was not kicking in (changing the blm it had little effect)
