Message Teacher block not showing #5

Although the block can be added by the administrator, it can't be seen by the students.

Hi Andrew, Please can you confirm that you've configured which roles the block should display, and that there are users on the page with that role?

Hi Mark

I've upgraded to Moodle 2.4 and can no longer replicate the problem, so please close this (non-?) issue.
