Make a workout plan that includes the following:

  1. Jump Squats
  2. Burpees
  3. Kettlebell Swings
  4. Inverted Rows
  5. Push-Ups
  6. Single Leg Hip Raise
  7. Offset Reverse Lunge
  8. Overhead Dumbbell Squat
  9. Dumbbell Push Press
  10. Planks

Just an update that it's September and I'm still working on this. Sigh this won't end will it?

My current workout schedule.

Average Week    
Monday LISS  
Tuesday Resistance Full Body
Wednesday LISS Stretch  
Thursday  CHILL OUT  
Friday Resistance Legs and Cardio
Saturday LISS  
Sunday Resistance Arms and Abs
